***2026 Fall USFA Tournament Schedule***
(We will offer early sign-up discounts for teams that sign-up early and pay early. $50 discount for entering and paying 2 weeks prior to scheduling day. $25 discount for entering and paying 1 week prior to scheduling day, which is Tuesday, the week of the tournament.) (No early sign-up discount on 8u because 8u entry fee is already discounted.) Pay entry fees by Venmo, @sse2022 , code is 0611 if needed. (Per person gate fees are cash only.)
Tournaments hosted by Stan Adams are 1-day tournaments. Format is 1 warm-up game followed by blind draw double elimination games. Warm-up games are 55 min. drop dead games. Elimination bracket games are 60 min. finish the inning games. Entry fee will vary according to which facility we are playing the tournament at. "Montana Fouts All Skills Camp & Tournament"
Triple Creek Park - Gallatin, TN
All skills camp with Montana Fouts, Sis Bates, Ally Shipman, Bailey Dowling, and Bri Ellis is Friday evening, Oct. 31.
Camp fee is $250. All ages are welcome for the camp. Because of the camp being on Halloween, we will be dressing up in costume! There will be Halloween fun things at the camp and the tournament.
The Montana Fouts Tournament will be Saturday & Sunday, November 1-2. Four game guarantee tournament, (weather permitting). This is a USFA sanctioned event and is a USFA State & World Qualifer Tournament! All age divisions offered. Entry fees for tournament are: 8u - $350, 10u - $350, 12u - $400, 14u - $400, and High School Div. $400.
To play in this tournament, your team must be sanctioned with USFA. You can go to usfastpitch.com to sanction, add your team roster and insurance certificate to the site.

***WINTER INDOOR ARENA TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE***
This will be our 9th year for Indoor Arena Fastpitch Softball Tournaments. Come bring your team and compete with some of the best teams in the Southeastern United States! It's a little different from outdoor tournaments, but your team will be getting Reps in the Winter and you will be ahead of the competition in the Spring!
These events DO fill up and space is limited, so we take entries on a first come, first serve basis. When we are full of paid entries, we will start a stand-by list. (Don't wait too late, get entered and get paid to guarantee your spot!)

All events are 2 pool, single elimination events. 55 min. drop dead pool games, followed by 60 min. finish the inning single elimination bracket games, that are seeded off your pool games.
Tournament furnishes the balls. Team Award and Individual Player Rings to the top two teams in each age division.
8u entry fee is $300. 10u and up entry fee is $375. (We will be running a Christmas Special on December 20-21 event, This weekend and this weekend only, entry fee is $250 for 8u and $300 for 10u and up!)
There is a $15 per person fee at the door for persons 11 years of age and up. 10 years old and younger are free. Players and coaches are free, 8u teams are allowed 4 coaches, 10u and up teams are allowed 3 coaches. Coaches will sign for pass at the door.
Facilities are heated, There are warm-up areas at both arenas, both arenas are dirt. 13u and up are allowed metal cleats on the warm-up area and the playing area. (NO steel cleats can be worn when walking on the concrete areas.)
No tents allowed. No heaters allowed. No cooking of any kind in or outside the arena. Wagons and coolers are allowed. You may bring your own chairs if you want, but seating is provided at both arenas. Concessions are provided at both arenas. Cash only at Murfreesboro. Cash or card at Shelbyville.
