All Games will be played on Saturday!
Be sure your team is sanctioned for 2026 season. Go to usfastpitch.com to sanction, add your roster and team insurance online.
Important Information:
1. Two pool (you will be seeded by pool games, record, runs allowed, runs scored), single elimination format. (55 min. drop dead pool games, 60 min. finish inning bracket games.)
2. Balls are furnished by the tournament.
3. Rings and Team Plauue will be awarded to top two teams in each age division.
4. There will be $10 per car parking fees at this facility. (Cooper Steel Arena charges the parkig fee.) (The tournament Director and staff have no control over the parking fees.)
5. There is a $15 per person fee at the door. (10 and under children are Free.) (CASH ONLY)
6. Three coach passes per team will be issued at the entrance door. 8U teams will receive 4 coaches passes/team.
7. As long as all interstate and major highways are open and passable, no events will be cancelled due to Winter weather.
8. RV parking is available with electric and sewer hook-up. No water due to being winterized. ($40 per night, call 615-943-0595 to reserve.)
9. Concessions will be available. (In the past, it normally is open from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm.)
10. Warm-up area and playing field is dirt. Those two designated areas are the ONLY areas that metal cleats can be worn.
11. NO hard softballs can be used in warm-up area. ONLY softies and wiffle balls can be used in those areas. There will be a designated area in the warm-up area for pitchers to warm up with regular softballs.
12. NO CLEATS ALLOWED ANYWHERE BUT ON THE DIRT PLAYING FIELDS AND IN PRACTICE AREA. This will be strictly enforced, NO CLEATS CAN BE WORN ON THE CONCRETE CONCOURSE OR IN THE BATHROOMS, DUE TO THE SEALER ON THE FLOORS. Cleats will damage the floors. Do not put your feet on the chairs in the dugout area. In the past some players damaged the folding chairs in the dugout. (Anyone damaging property in the Arena will be asked to leave. We want everyone to take care of the facility and have a GREAT time!
13. This is a Very Nice Facility, so PLEASE help us keep from damaging anything and help keep it clean. Pick up your trash and dispose of it in proper places.
14. Please be ready to go on field 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
15. All Games are Central Time.
16. No warming up on playing field.
