***WINTER INDOOR ARENA TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE***

This is our 9th year for Indoor Arena Fastpitch Softball Tournaments. Come bring your team and compete with some of the best teams in the Southeastern United States! It's a little different from outdoor tournaments, but your team will be getting Reps in the Winter and you will be ahead of the competition in the Spring!

These events DO fill up and space is limited, so we take entries on a first come, first serve basis. When we are full of paid entries, we will start a stand-by list. (Don't wait too late, get entered and get paid to guarantee your spot!) (ALL ENTRY FEES MUST BE PAID BY VENMO 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT.)

To pay and secure your spot, send the entry fee by Venmo to @sse2022 The code for this Venmo is 0611, if needed.

All events are 2 pool, single elimination events. 55 min. drop dead pool games, followed by 60 min. finish the inning single elimination bracket games, that are seeded off your pool games.

Tournament furnishes the balls. Team Award and Individual Player Rings to the top two teams in each age division.

8u entry fee is $300. 10u and up entry fee is $375. (We will be running a Christmas Special on December 20-21 event, This weekend and this weekend only, entry fee is $250 for 8u and $300 for 9u and up!)

There is a $15 per person fee at the door for persons 11 years of age and up. 10 years old and younger are free. Players and coaches are free, 8u teams are allowed 4 coaches, 10u and up teams are allowed 3 coaches. Coaches will sign for pass at the door.

***Cooper Steel Arena charges $10 parking at all events held at their facility. Tournament doesn't have any control over this parking fee and doesn't profit from it.)***

***(There is no parking fee at the Middle Tennessee State University facility.)***

Facilities are heated, There are warm-up areas at both arenas, both arenas are dirt. 13u and up are allowed metal cleats on the warm-up area and the playing area. (NO steel cleats can be worn when walking on the concrete areas.)

No tents allowed. No heaters allowed. No cooking of any kind in or outside the arena. Wagons and coolers are allowed. You may bring your own chairs if you want, but seating is provided at both arenas. Concessions are provided at both arenas. Cash only at Murfreesboro. Cash or card at Shelbyville.

Both arenas offer camping spots with RV hook-ups. Text 615-943-0595 if you would like to reserve a RV spot. (RV Spots in Murfreesboro at MTSU are $40 per night. RV Spots in Shelbyville at Cooper Steel Arena are $50 per night.)

NOTE: Our Winter Events are two day events because we are limited to a small number of fields. No age division will play both days, each age division will either play Saturday or Sunday, but not both.
