2027 - FALL SCHEDULE !
2027 Tournaments hosted by Stan Adams & Tammy Adams (Southern Sporting Events LLC) are 1-day tournaments. Format is 1 warm-up game followed by blind draw double elimination games. Warm-up games are normally 55 min. drop dead games. Elimination bracket games will normally be 60 min. finish the inning games. Entry fees are normally $250. We offer $50 discount for teams that are entered and paid 2 weeks prior to the tournament. We offer $25 discount for teams that enter and are paid 1 week prior to the tournament. Balls furnished by tournament. Awards to top two teams in each age division. We now offer 6u, 7u, 8u, 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 14u, 16u, & 18u. ***WINTER INDOOR ARENA TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE***
(This Winter, All our Tournaments will be played at Middle Tennessee State University.)

(We will offer 6u, 7u, 8u, 9u, 10u, 12u, 14u, & HS Div.) There must be at least four teams enter an age division for that division to be played. With the short outfields at this facility, the 14u and HS Div. will be allowed to play with six players on defence, (NOT MANDATORY), but must bat at least nine players on offence. Any team that will agree to play Friday night starting at 5:00 pm upon entering the tournament and if we play your age division on Friday night, will receive a $100 discounf of the regular entry fee! Friday night entry fee will be $275! (Saturday & Sunday entry fees will remain $375.
This is our 10th year for Indoor Arena Fastpitch Softball Tournaments. Come bring your team and compete with some of the best teams in the Southeastern United States! It's a little different from outdoor tournaments, but your team will be getting Reps in the Winter and your team will be ahead of the competition in the Spring!
These events DO fill up and space is limited, so we take entries on a first come, first serve basis. When we are full of paid entries, we will start a stand-by list. (Don't wait too late, get entered and get paid to guarantee your spot!)

All events are 2 pool, single elimination events. 55 min. drop dead pool games, followed by 60 min. finish the inning single elimination bracket games, that are seeded off your pool games.
Tournament furnishes the balls. Team Award (Belts) and Individual Player Rings to the top two teams in each age division. Entry fee is $375.
There is a $15 per person fee at the door for persons 11 years of age and up. 10 years old and younger are free. Players and coaches are free, 8u & younger teams are allowed 4 coaches, 10u and up teams are allowed 3 coaches. Coaches will sign for pass at the door.

Facility is heated, There is a warm-up area at the arena. Arena floor is dirt. 13u and up are allowed metal cleats on the warm-up area and the playing area. (NO steel cleats can be worn when walking on the concrete areas.)
No tents allowed. No heaters allowed. No cooking of any kind in or outside the arena. Wagons and coolers are allowed. You may bring your own chairs if you want, but seating is provided. Concessions are provided, CASH only.
We offer camping spots with RV hook-ups. Text 615-943-0595 if you would like to reserve a RV spot. (RV Spots in Murfreesboro at MTSU are $50 per night.)
NOTE: Our Winter Events are three day events because we are limited to a small number of fields. No age division will play more than one day, each age division will either play Friday night, Saturday or Sunday.
