Coaches receive text message if needed.

1. Come by Directors tent before playing Warm-Up game to draw for Bracket Play.

2. Have your fans to go to tennusfa.com to view schedule, information about the tournament with updates.

3. If your team has not sanctioned with USFA, do so @ usfastpitch.com, enter your insurance certificate and roster there.

All rosters should be online.

4. You should have copies of all birth certificates in your possession throughout the tournament.

5. Warm-Up games will be 55 minutes drop dead, elimination games will be 60 minutes. (Be sure and be prepared to play

15 minutes prior to your gametime. If a field is running ahead of schedule, your game could start early.)

6. Gate fee will be $12 per person. - "CASH ONLY" 10 & under are free. Coaches will sign for pass at entry gate.

7. Both teams are required to keep a hard copy score book. (Home book is official book).

8. Protest fee is $150, cash. All protest must be made to homeplate umpire during game.

9. No Grilling inside park.

10. These parks only accept cards at the concessions.
