Be sure your team is sanctioned for 2026 season. Go to usfastpitch.com to sanction, add your roster and team insurance online.

 

 

Important Information:

1. 2 pool, single elimination format. (55 min. drop dead pool games, 60 min. finish inning bracket games.)

2. Balls are furnished by the tournament.

3. Rings and Team Award will be awarded to top two teams in each age division.

4. There are NO parking fees at this facility.

5. There is a $15 per person fee at the door. (10 and under children are Free.)

6. Three coach passes per team will be issued at the entrance door. 8U teams will receive 4 coaches passes/team.

7. As long as all interstate highways and major highways are open and passable, no events will be cancelled due to Winter weather.

8. RV parking is available at the Arena with all hookups available. You will need to call in advance to reserve your spot. (615-943-0595)

9. Concessions will be available during games. (CONCESSIONS IS CASH ONLY.)

10. Warm-up area and playing field is dirt. Those two designated areas are the ONLY areas that metal cleats can be worn.

11. NO hard softballs can be used in warm-up area. ONLY softies and wiffle balls can be used in warm-up area.

12. NO CLEATS ALLOWED ANYWHERE BUT ON THE DIRT AND IN PRACTICE AREA.

13. This is a Very Nice Facility, so PLEASE help us keep from damaging anything and help keep it clean. Pick up your trash and dispose of it in proper places.

10U Friday Night Elimination will begin around 9:20pm, with Championship @ 12:00am.
